A little country, remarkably close to everything.

There’s something special about Darnestown. Country roads, horse farms, wooded trails, the Potomac River, local artists and businesses, and neighbors who still come together to celebrate the place we call home.

The Darnestown Civic Association (DCA) helps keep that spirit alive through beloved traditions like the Hoedown, Artists & Farmers Market, Santa Tour and Veterans Day Breakfast. Our volunteers also help residents stay informed and involved in matters affecting our roads, safety, open spaces and quality of life.
